Our water heater sprung a leak and it was leaking water over our basement. We needed it fixed, a new one put in and old one removed. This was on a Saturday morning. This leak was discovered at 8:00am. I called Wilde Plumbing at 8:10am. Warren called me back by 8:20am. He made some calls and then came over to my house by 9:00am. Took some measurements and numbers of the current water heater that we had. Said he would get back to me in a while. I started emptying the water heater and cleaning up the floor. Warren had already made calls to the distributor to have them open up and see if they had one in stock. They called him back and he went to pick up a water heater. They had the exact same unit that we needed. Warren was back to our house by no later than 10:00am. By 11:00am he had the old unit out and the new one in and turned on, and he left. By 11:30am we had hot water. Now you have to remember this was Christmas Eve and a Saturday. From start to finish it was 3 1/2 hours. WOW what service and professional treatment Warren and Wilde Plumbing gave us. I cannot thank him enough. He made this whole experience seem like a walk in the park. He has become my go to plumbing company from here on out.

It is now 2+ months later and we are as impressed today as we were back in July with our completely remodeled bathroom. Warren came out to our house on an emergency plumbing call because our pipes were clogged and everything was backing up into the basement. He fixed the problem with the pipes and then we set another appointment for him to fix a leaky toilet. He came back as promised and did a great job at a fair price. Even though it was a Saturday night, I explained the situation to Warren and he said that he would adjust his schedule and come right over. He was very professional on the phone and also in person. He has been doing plumbing for 30 years and he was very knowledgeable. Bottom line is that finding a good plumber without a referral is a little scary. I called Warren based on what a few other customers had said about him. I was very thankful to learn that it was all true. He was professional, he fixed the problem and he charged a fair price. The best testimony is that if I need another plumber, Warren's number is now programmed in my phone!
